Automation Solutions

There are three basic types of flexographic printing presses: stack (decks stacked one over the other), C.I. (decks around a single counterimpression cylinder) and in-line (separate color stations). The choice depends on printing applications, however, CI presses are prevalent among converters printing extensible films due to excellent register they hold.

Key advantages of our flexoprinting solutions:

  • Highest precision
angular synchronism with MASTERDRIVES MC (Motion Control) and SIMOTION
  • Convenient and simple control
totally integrated automation with SIMATIC; MASTERDRIVES and SIMOTION
  • Flexible machine configuration
Modular and flexible drive and control concepts
  • Interfacing of third party systems
    Profibus-DP communication
  • High drive power and realiable servomotors
Wide range of MASTERDRIVE MC power rating up to 250kW and MASTERDRIVE MC up to 710kW; Siemens servomotors available up to 120kW (water cooled); explosion-proof motors up to 12,4kW and the newly introduced Siemens torque motors up to 7,000 Nm
