DNC NT-2000

DNC NT-2000 is Siemens software to perform newtwork communication between CNC controls installed on the machine and Programming PC. Other equipment is also possible to be integrated i.e tool setting station, programming unit etc.

DNC NT-2000 Software will handle NC program management and NC program transfer to/from CNC controls. DNC NT-2000 is running under Windows 95/98/NT. Ethernet, RS232 serial interface, or combination of them are made possible as the communication bus.

DNC NT-2000 software is an open system. Direct connection of 16 SINUMERIK 810D/840D/840Di (with SINDNC) over Ethernet can be handled as well as direct connection of 3rd party CNC contorls (approximately 150 types of 3rd party CNC Controls included).

DNC NT-2000 is expandable. The scalable system expansion from the small-scale local DNC system to the corporate NC central archive is possible. DNC NT-2000 (server) can control data transfer to/from some DNC NT-2000s (local) which where the CNC controls are connected. Expandable with production data management system WinPDA (MDE/PDA) is accomodated.
