Customised
displays for CNC controls made possible
SINUMERIK open architecture controls enable machine builders
to integrate their own process technology into the CNC system.
This is done by creating customised displays for operating
and database management on the CNC control. The associated
HMI software which for this purpose are:
Protool Pro
Protool Pro has been designed for the visualization and operation
of machine tools and production machines. Customised displays
on SINUMERIK 810D/840D/840Di CNC Controlsncan be developed
using Protool Pro.

EasyMask
EasyMask is a simple configuring tool for generating operating
screens. EasyMask is configured using inputs in INI and text
files entered with an ASCII editor. This permits machine builders
to readily generate their own operating screens.
EasyData
EasyData provides a simple tool for rapid database development.
We use EasyData to create production reports, database for
material cutting and part measurement information and data
logging. |
