Baseline- Low Cost Analogue Servodrive
Siemens
A&D Motion Control Division has released complete 1 and
2 axis analog drive modules integrating infeed power supply
with axis control and power sections.
SIMODRIVE
base line converters (same size format as SIMODRIVE 611) are
designed for operation with Siemens 1FK7 AC Servo motors with
2-pole resolvers (2 sizes only). The converters are preconfigured
for these motors, so rapid start-up is possible. It is also
equiped with an encoder simulation output so you do not need
an encoder.
The SIMODRIVE base line converter is available as a single-axis
and two-axis unit and comprises the following components:
- Unregulated infeed 5kW
- Power section for 1 or 2 motors with 1 x 9 A or 2 x 5
A
- Single-axis or two-axis resolver closed-loop control
- Analog interface with +/10 VDC setpoint
- Encoder output 1024 pulses per rev (TTL)
The
main application areas for SIMODRIVE Baseline converters
are small machine tools and applications that demand an economical
solution. SIMODRIVE baseline nicely fits together with our
SINUMERIK 802C Baseline Analog CNC control and is also suitable
for use with PLC's or other motion controllers.
