servomotors with integrated gearbox based on 1FK7 servomotors
Geared motor added to synchronous servo-motor line
1 FK7 motor series, a further development of the Siemens 1FK
synchronous motors are particularly compact: their unit volume
has been reduced by up to 25% over the comparable predecessor
models. With high torques of up to 108 newton-meters and a
particularly favorable torque-inertia ratio, this motor achieves
a very high dynamic response resulting in shorter non-productive
times for the machines. The rugged, maintenance-free motor
design ensures high operational reliability. The new 1FK7
motor series is universally suitable for all mechanical engineering
applications, particularly robots and handling tasks.
The new servo-geared motors from Siemens Automation and Drives
(A&D) based on the 1FK7 servo-motor line are suitable
for simple positioning and transporting tasks such as those
needed for continuous webs.
The new servo-geared motors from Siemens Automation and Drives
(A&D) based on the 1FK7 servo-motor line are suitable
for simple positioning and transporting tasks such as those
needed for continuous webs. With four different gear versions
(helical, flat, bevel and worm), the 1FK7 line offers a wide
range of transmission ratios, drive torques and/or speeds
and mechanical expansion options. Foot- and flange-mounted
designs can be combined with solid or hollow shafts, keys,
internal gearing or shrink disks. Thanks to their compact
design, the geared motors can be used in a number of applications
for mechanical engineering.
