ECO 2SP1 Motorised Spindles


Motorised spindles represents a real alternative to belt-driven solution on milling/machining center through their optimised performance data, compact size and quick installation. All the important components of a motorised spindle are available. These include:

• Different types of tool inter-faces (SK40, CAT40, BT40 or HSK A63)
• Pneumatic or hydraulic tool clamping and releasing mechanism
• Rugged spindle bearings in maintenance-free greased design to absorb the machining forces
• Water-cooled drive motors in synchronous or asynchronous design
• Enclosed spindle housing with mounting flange
• Integrated 1Vpp encoders for spindle positioning and indexing.

ECO 2SP1 Motorised Spindles are available both for synchronous and asynchronous motor types. Rated torque (S1 operation) are available in 40Nm/80Nm/100Nm/150Nm range. The maximum speed of ECO 2SP1 series are 10,000RPM or 15,000RPM or 18,000 RPM.
