Maximum speed, the highest level of precision and perfect surface quality without time consuming remachining are normally the primary objectives in die and mould and tool making, but It has been virtually impossible to attain all these objectives at the same time. Innovative SINUMERIK 840D high-speed control systems meet these needs.

SINUMERIK 840D Based Solution Maximum speed, the highest level of precision and perfect surface quality . . .

CNC Design has been very active in High Speed Cutting (HSC) throughout Australia and the South East Asia region. By retrofitting machines with the latest SINUMERIK digital CNC systems and servo drives customers can adapt their machines to HSC and save on machine replacement costs.

New machines may include high speed motorised spindles up to 30,000 RPM, linear motors with accelerations above 1g (=9.81 m/s2) and five axis machining. Now you can retrofit these to existing machines, dramatically increasing machining performance.
