If you have a faulty part for a Siemens Motion Control System we are able to either supply a replacement or repair it.

How we handle spare parts: Spare parts may be purchased, exchanged or repaired. Parts returned for for repair or exchange require a returned goods authorisation form (RGA).

We stock a very large range of spare parts for Siemens SINUMERIK CNC controls, SIMODRIVE servo drives and motors and MASTERDRIVE converters and inverters. Other spares are stocked for SIMATIC PLC's. If the item you need is not in stock we can quickly obtain this from Siemens Germany.

Warranty Replacement: Faulty Siemens A&D MC products under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Normal shipping costs will still apply. Warranty status will be assessed on receipt into our store.

Part Shipments: Standard delivery- By road freight. Freight pre-paid and added to your invoice; Special delivery-Upon request we can ship parts via your preferred corier.

Return Goods Authorisation: Obtain an RGA number from our local service desk before returning any items to us for repair, exchange or warranty replacement. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging to ensure proper processing on arrival at our service centre.

If your machine is down and you need urgent action let our Service Desk know when you call and you will get priority.
