of charges. Our Service Engineers are well-trained service
specialists.
Our service personnel supply on site service, warranty service
and spare parts for all Siemens Automation & Drives Motion
Control products for your Machine Tool or Production Machine.
Response Time
Typically we respond to service requests within 24 hours of
your call. This may be in the form of service logistics support,
technical support from our help desk, on site service or repair
service.
Our target is to respond to at least 95%
of all machine service requests within 24 hours and to be
able to supply 80% of breakdown spares from local stock. Click

Siemens Warranty Support
Our service teams are approved to supply warranty support
for all Siemens Motion Control products. We will assess and
arrange warranty exchange parts.
